Vendemos el libro de fotografía Diaz en Venezuela de Reinaldo Diaz, en dos versiones:
Edición estándar: precio regular 125 USD.
Edición coleccionista, que incluye el libro y un fine art print de 40 × 50 cm: precio regular 300 USD.
Durante el primer mes de preventa, a partir del 26 de octubre al 23 de noviembre del 2026, ambas ediciones tienen un descuento del 20 %: 100 USD la edición estándar y 240 USD la edición coleccionista.
Con cada libro vendido, donamos el 10 % de las ganancias a las fundaciones Impaktemos y Hogar Bambi.
Los colores de las fotografías pueden verse distintos según la pantalla de tu dispositivo.
Tu pedido queda confirmado cuando recibes nuestro correo de confirmación. Podemos rechazar o cancelar un pedido si detectamos un error evidente de precio, sospecha de fraude o compras en cantidades destinadas a reventa. En ese caso te avisaremos y te reembolsaremos el 100 % de lo pagado.
Los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses (USD). Aceptamos pago con tarjeta y PayPal a través del checkout de Shopify, y también por Zelle, USDT y Pago Móvil. Para los pagos que no pasan por el checkout, te enviaremos las instrucciones por correo.
5. Envío y entrega
Los pedidos en preventa se despacharán a finales de noviembre de 2026, y la entrega estimada es en diciembre de 2026. Es una estimación, no una fecha garantizada. Las condiciones completas están en nuestra Política de envío.
Las devoluciones, cancelaciones y reembolsos se rigen por nuestra Política de devoluciones, cancelaciones y reembolsos.
Todas las fotografías, textos y diseños del libro y del sitio son propiedad de Reinaldo Diaz o de sus respectivos titulares. Comprar un libro o un print no te da derecho a reproducirlos, distribuirlos ni usarlos con fines comerciales.

diazenvenezuela.com is an online store operated by Lobos and Marrajo LLC ("we") on the Shopify platform. By visiting the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and to the returns, shipping and privacy policies published on the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
The information you give us for a purchase must be accurate and up to date. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your password. You must be of legal age in your country of residence to purchase from the store.
We sell the photography book Diaz en Venezuela by Reinaldo Diaz, in two versions:
Standard edition: regular price 125 USD.
Collector's edition, which includes the book and a 40 × 50 cm fine art print: regular price 300 USD.
We also sell fine art prints separately.
During the first month of the preorder, from October 26 to November 23, 2026, both editions are 20% off: 100 USD for the standard edition and 240 USD for the collector's edition.
For every book sold, we donate 10% of the profits to the Impaktemos and Hogar Bambi foundations.
The colors of the photographs may look different depending on your device's screen.
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or purchases in quantities intended for resale. In that case, we will notify you and refund 100% of the amount paid.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept card and PayPal payments through the Shopify checkout, as well as Zelle, USDT and Pago Móvil. For payments made outside the checkout, we will email you the instructions.
5. Shipping and delivery
Preorders will ship at the end of November 2026, with estimated delivery in December 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Full conditions are in our Shipping policy.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns, cancellations and refunds policy.
All photographs, texts and designs in the book and on the site belong to Reinaldo Diaz or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a book or print does not give you the right to reproduce, distribute or use them for commercial purposes.
The site may include links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. We recommend that you review their terms and policies before using them.
Shopify provides the store platform, but the seller of the products is Lobos and Marrajo LLC. Shopify is not responsible for sales made in this store.
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
The site may contain errors in prices, descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct them. If an error affects an order you have already paid for, we will let you know and you may choose to keep the order with the corrected information or cancel it for a full refund.
You may not use the site for illegal activities, to infringe the rights of others, to introduce viruses or malicious code, to extract data in bulk, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lobos and Marrajo LLC and its officers, employees, collaborators and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes: (a) liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct, fraud or gross negligence; (b) your consumer rights regarding products that are defective, not as described or not delivered.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lobos and Marrajo LLC and its officers, employees and collaborators from any third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: (a) your breach of these terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights; (c) misuse of the site, including use of automated agents contrary to section 13.
This obligation does not apply where the claim results from our own fault, and applies only to the extent permitted by the consumer protection law applicable to you.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These terms, together with the policies published on the site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the site and your purchases. Our failure to exercise a right does not mean we waive it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (state where Lobos and Marrajo LLC is registered), United States. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts.
These terms are published in Spanish and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.
By placing an order, you agree to receive emails related to your purchase (confirmation, shipping, delivery). We will only send you promotional emails if you subscribed.
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with its date. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
